For Regenerative Brands & Operators

One film.
Four audiences.

Most regenerative farms and ranches are running four separate marketing efforts for four different audiences — all trying to tell the same story. Documentary film is the single asset that reaches all four at once.

Your story is working harder than your marketing.

Regenerative farms and ranches have stories that fundamentally change how people think about food, land, and consumption. The challenge isn't the story — it's that most operators are spending time and money telling it four times in four different formats to four different audiences who each need to feel something different.

A consumer needs to feel pride. A wholesale buyer needs to trust your process. A conservation funder needs to see impact. An investor needs to believe in the model. Documentary film, done well, does all four simultaneously — because it doesn't persuade. It shows.

Who your film reaches — and how.

01

Direct-to-Consumer

Consumers & Community

People want to know where their food, fiber, and land comes from — especially when they're paying a premium for it. A 3-minute film on your homepage showing the soil, the process, and the people behind the brand converts browsers into buyers and first-time customers into advocates.

Result: DTC conversion lift, lower acquisition cost, higher LTV

02

Wholesale & Retail

Buyers & Distributors

Whole Foods, natural food co-ops, specialty retailers, and foodservice buyers make shelf decisions based on story. A brand documentary is what moves you from one line item in a category to a category of one — the brand with a film is the brand that gets the meeting, gets the shelf, and gets reordered.

Result: Faster buyer meetings, better shelf position, reorder rate

03

Conservation & Land Stewardship

Funders & Conservation Partners

Land trusts, NRCS and EQIP programs, USDA grants, and private conservation foundations all respond to evidence of impact — and nothing conveys impact faster than film. A documentation cut showing your practices, your results, and your land's trajectory is a grant application that actually gets read. It's credibility you can send in an email.

Result: Stronger grant applications, conservation easement credibility

04

Capital & Investment

Family Offices & Impact Investors

Impact capital is moving into regenerative land and operations — but the decision-makers are often two degrees removed from the soil. A film that documents your model, your team, your results, and your land's improvement trajectory is the pitch deck that doesn't feel like a pitch deck. It's the asset that travels to a board meeting without you in the room.

Result: Investor interest, fund qualification, partnership conversations

"The brands that succeed in regenerative markets aren't the ones with the best product — they're the ones whose story is impossible to ignore."

Pantheon Media TX · On Regenerative Brand Strategy

The full production kit.

Each engagement is built around a single production event — typically one to three days on your land — and delivers a complete asset library, not just a video file.

Brand Documentary

3–8 minute cinematic film. The full story — your land, your practices, your people, your purpose. Produced for longevity: this film represents your brand for years, not months.

Chapter Cuts

60–90 second audience-specific edits — one for consumers, one for wholesale buyers, one for conservation pitches, one for investor presentations. Same footage, different story emphasis.

Photography Kit

High-resolution stills from production days, professionally graded. Tagged with XMP metadata — shot type, scene, color mood — for easy sorting and licensing across all channels.

Distribution Strategy

Placement recommendations across your owned channels, wholesale presentation formats, and (for qualifying brands) distribution through the Regenerative Story and Regenerative Market networks.

How a production works.

Designed for operators who are running a real operation — not a marketing department. We do the heavy lifting before, during, and after production.

01

Story Development

We spend time with you before cameras roll — understanding your land, your practices, your brand narrative, and the audiences you're prioritizing. The story is built before production begins, not discovered in the edit room.

02

On-Location Production

One to three production days on your land. Small, experienced crew — no set disruption to your operation. We capture B-roll, principal photography, and interviews in a single production window. Most projects are completed in one day.

03

Post-Production & Delivery

Full cinematic post-production: color grade, sound design, music, motion graphics. Delivery includes the brand documentary, chapter cuts, photography kit, and social-ready format exports. Typical delivery is 4–6 weeks from shoot date.

Sized for operators,
not agencies.

Most brand documentary projects are scoped as a single production day plus a complete post-production package. The investment reflects the full scope of work — pre-production, on-location production, full post, and asset delivery.

We work with a small number of brands per season — typically four to six — to maintain the quality and on-location presence that makes this work meaningful.

  • Single-day production covers most brand documentary scopes
  • Multi-day options available for large operations or multi-site properties
  • Chapter cuts and photography kit included in standard scope
  • Pricing discussed after a brief discovery call — no public rate card
  • 2026 season: Asheville/WNC, Oregon Coast, Vancouver Island, Texas
  • Travel may be included depending on project fit and season schedule
